After successful completion of KaJiPing Village planning and public space construction design phases, this architectural project came as a natural continuation. The Club House was designed to give an example of a traditionally built house constructed using rammed earth, which would be up to modern standards. The building follows the traditional layout in floor plan and function, but the rooms offer five-star comfort and sustain a steady temperature. There are 5 guest rooms, a 2-storey-high gathering hall, dining, and several other rooms. The main construction materials are locally sourced and environmentally sustainable rammed earth and timber.
